Ordering Your FireBob

If you’d like to place an order then you can either give us a call or purchase through the online shop:

All our fires are made to order to your requirements. Delivery time is usually 4-6 weeks, though we can send out the ceiling fixing bracket much sooner if you’d like to get that in position first.

The process

We recommend ordering your ceiling fixing bracket as a first step. We can send this out to you in a few days. You can then get that installed and all the building work complete ahead of your Firebob’s arrival.

Internal flue

We manufacture the flue going from the Firebob to the ceiling bracket in one piece to suit your ceiling height. Let us know the height from the floor to the fixing bracket once you have that installed in the ceiling.

External flue

We don’t include the external flue within the price of the Firebob as the required parts can differ significantly with each installation. If you’d like us to quote for the external flue parts then please let us know your roof pitch and height of flue required (we can help with this).

Alternatively, your installer may wish to provide all the external flue parts and roof flashing.

Installation

The Firebob can be installed by any competent person provided it is installed in-line with local building regulations. In the UK, any installation will need to be signed-off by your local building control or certified heating engineer.

Completion & Delivery

It tends to take 4-6 weeks to create a FireBob. Your new fire will be delivered by our chosen, reliable courier.

Your order warranty

All of our products come with 5 years warranty, and we’re committed to ensuring that your fire serves your home safely. All of our products are DEFRA and EcoDesign certified, giving you additional assurance in the quality of your new appliance.

Absolutely delighted with the product, Not so happy with the advisory that “ Any competent person can install fire Bob” My builder & myself are more than competent & fully followed manufacturers install guidelines, but trying to get a HETAS engineer to commission is another story!! So lesson learnt for me & Always use certified HEATAS to install these types of products, real shame as this has dampened my experience in this process & May cost me more money!
